RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy & Procedures
Submit Online RMA Request Form
Within the first 60 days after purchase, please return your product to the dealer or retailer from whom you purchased it for a replacement. If the product is still within warranty and you can no longer return it to your dealer or retailer, please contact our Support Team. Should they decide the product is defective, please submit RMA request using our On-line RMA Request Form. Please read Warranty Teams carefully before you do RMA. Once you complete and submit the RMA request form on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a RMA number within 1-2 working day.
Find Original Proof of Purchase
Prudent Way request proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to provide any warranty repair or replacement service during warranty period for free. If no proof of purchase can be presented upon request, Prudent Way can not be liable for any warranty service.
Ship the Defective Product Within 15 Days
Carefully pack the defective product with sufficient protection but without any other accessories that it came with and send it back along with the original proof of purchase to our address at:

Write Down Shipping Information
Please note that customer is responsible for the cost to ship the defective product back to us and Prudent Way will take care of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer. Please write down tracking information for the package. Please note that customer is responsible for the package until we receive it. Product Way can not be held liable for any missing, delayed or damaged packages. Any package without a current and valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the original sender.
Check RMA Status
Once we receive everything in good order, our RMA Team will start to process your RMA and ship out the repaired return within 7 business days unless we notify you separately.
